David Bell is a respected figure in the basketball community with a career that bridges elite-level playing experience and high-impact coaching. A native of Oakland, California, Bell’s journey began as a standout shooting guard at Hayward High School, where his talent and toughness first took shape. He continued his rise at Porterville Junior College, leading the team to a state championship and earning Hall of Fame honors. From there, he starred at the University of Montana, becoming a two-time First Team All-Big Sky selection and earning a permanent place on the school’s Walk of Champions.
After going undrafted in 2003, Bell carved out a remarkable 16-year professional career, playing across Europe and in the NBA G League. He launched his career in Switzerland before earning opportunities with the Dakota Wizards and other G League teams between 2008–2010. His most celebrated tenure came in Germany’s BBL with Phoenix Hagen, where his leadership and clutch scoring made him a fan favorite and eventually led to the retirement of his jersey. Bell’s career later included stops in Italy and Belgium, where he continued to bring professionalism and poise to every locker room.
Since retiring from playing, Bell has poured his energy into coaching and player development. Over the past four years, he has trained and mentored high-level collegiate and professional athletes, both men and women, helping them refine their skills and prepare for the demands of elite competition. His client list includes players such as Will Clyburn, Maxwell Lewis, Hailey Van Lith, Malachi Richardson, Kris Clyburn, Amath M’Baye, and Ike Nwamu.
Today, Bell serves as the General Manager of Shoot 360 Las Vegas, a 17,000-square-foot technology-powered training hub that blends shooting mechanics, skill development, and performance analytics. With more than 250 active members, Bell’s leadership has positioned Shoot 360 as a go-to destination for serious players and families in the Las Vegas basketball community.
